About Us
CropView envisions revolutionizing the agricultural industry by establishing standardized, consistent, and predictable crop measuring processes. CropView provides the lender improved visibility of the growing crop in the field, through post-harvest inspections. Utilizing precise and defined processes, we provide uniform and consistent analysis of the crop the lender doesn’t have a clear view of. Uniformity in measurement procedures not only reduces risk associated with the lender but the farmer as well. We believe that our methodology provides a consistent and unique view of the farmers operation that will free up your relationship manager to be more productive and profitable, focusing on growth instead of measuring collateral.
How do we do this?
CropView has a network of Certified Crop Inspectors (CCI’s) that inspect for crop health, viability and timeliness. CropView reports back to the bank the results of the inspection and any correlating recommendations or observations. These inspections are timely and a critically important step in the monitoring process.

Why?
At CropView, we believe there is strong value in building an industry standard system that does not exist today. The relationship between the bank and the farmer remains constant. Both rely on one another. The crop is the single biggest annual investment the farmer makes. Many times their lender is lacking key information that is critical in understanding the value of the growing crop.

CropView strengthens this relationship by bringing factual and consistent data to the conversation, gathered by industry professionals.
This added value allows the bank to optimize loan funding while the growing collateral reaches maturity. This creates better performing loans for the bank and allows the farmer proper funding for better ROI and reduced likelihood of loss of hard-won equity.
OUR SERVICES
Crop Inspections / Collateral Exams
CropView will go to the farm and inspect the crop for health, viability and timeliness and accordingly report back to the bank regarding the results.

Grain Bin Measurements
CropView provides the lender precise measurement of grain being stored in the farmers on farm storage facility.
Crop value and LTV assessment
CropView will work with the farmer to determine the value of the crop both marketed and remaining. This gives the lender insight as to the amount of grain that has been sold and at what price. Having a third party verify these bushels and contracts helps better determine expected revenue and gives insight into the current value of the crop collateral. It's an LTV for the crop.
